Return Policy

• Products such as lip balms, glosses, and face masks under no circumstance can be returned. 

• If you have a sizing issue, please reach out by email or phone to work out the returns.

• I’m the “reason” portion when leaving us a message, please explain why this item should be returned.

•  Any problems should be reported within 30 days of your purchase.

• Items cannot be returned after 30 days prior to delivery.

• Due to COVID-19, only specific apparel are eligible  to be returned. Please contact to find out if yours is able to be returned.
